Nestled in the historic stableyard at Shankill Castle, our brand-new farm shop sells organic produce grown and reared on our certified organic farm, and a selection of local Irish artisan goods:
– Organic, grass-fed Aberdeen Angus beef from our farm
– Organic vegetables from our walled gardens and local growers
– Homemade small-batch preserves
– Apple juice from the heritage apple trees in the walled garden
– Fresh breads
– Homemade cakes by the slice to eat-in or whole to take-away
– A curated selection of Irish artisan products

A commitment to sustainability runs throughout our business, so we only use compostable take-away cups and packaging, and avoid single-use plastic. We also have a small shop selling our own organic produce, including homemade jams, preserves, apple juice and honey, a selection of our favourite local food and drink products, as well as books and gifts.
